Shaded by tall redwood trees, the outdoor hot tub of F. Joseph Smith's Massage Therapy Center is surrounded by the beauty of nature. There is a beatifull hot tub, and a wet or dry Finnish sauna, and a new infra red sauna adjoining the massage facilities. The redwood hot tubs is located along the back of the building. It has a small deck around it to lay on and cool off. It is enclosed with ivy covered walls, and is open to the trees and sky above. Our indoor cedar sauna is a dry sauna, however, it has a rock compartment over the heater so you can throw water on the rocks to add steam to your own preference. Our infra red sauna is a new type of sauna that really heats you up with a penatrating radiant heat like standing next to a fire. People really enjoy the great heat, but they don't have to breath the very hot air of a regular sauna. You may use the hot tub or sauna alone, or as a way to relax and soften your muscles before getting a massage.

Try our new infra red Sauna. Infra red saunas use radiant heat, rather than ambient heat to heat you up. Regular saunas heat the air to very high tempatures and the air heats you up. Infra red saunas use radient heat from special pannels . The heat you instead of the air. Exactly like sitting next to a fire at the beach when it's cold out. The air is cold, but you feel the radiant heat from the fire.
